Notice is hereby given that a civil case has been instituted against the above-named Defendant in the Magistrate Court of Wood County, West Virginia. The object of this action is for the Plaintiff to collect a judgment against the Defendant for $15,679.73, which represents the damage sustained to the Plaintiffás property as a result of a vehicle collision with electrical lines, transmission equipment, and utility poles owned by the Plaintiff.
The Defendant must appear and defend the Complaint in the above-styled case on or before Dec. 11, 2017 by filing an Answer with the Magistrate Clerk and serving the same to the Plaintiffs attorneys, Natalie J. Sal and Leanne M. Cardoso, located at 430 Spruce Street, Suite 3, Morgantown. West Virginia 26505. Otherwise, judgment by default will be rendered against the Defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of the Complaint can be obtained from the Circuit Clerkás office at 2 Government Square, Room 131, Parkersburg, WV 26101-5353.
This Order shall be published as a Class II Legal Advertisement in a newspaper in the publication area of Wood County, WV.
