CLERK OF THE WORKS
RAVENSWOOD MIDDLE SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION
The Jackson County Board of Education is seeking to hire contract services for a Clerk of the Works for the construction of the new Ravenswood Middle School and renovations to Ravenswood High School.
ó Responsibilities: Observe work being performed by contractors at the construction site in accordance with the construction contract documents and guidelines of the School Building Authority of West Virginia.
ó Minimum Qualifications: Architectural or engineering degree or equivalent approved fieldwork experience in commercial or industrial construction. Must have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all phases of non-residential construction and be capable of evaluating construction. A minimum of five years practical experience as a supervisor, foreman or clerk of the works for non-residential construction projects is required.
