Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of January 2018, at 9:00 oáclock a.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Lan Anh Dam will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court changing his/her childás name from Liam Nguyen to Liam Nelson Dam. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
