NOTICE OF TRUSTEEáS SALE
By virtue of that certain Deed of Trust executed by Randall Blake Hamilton, to Sandra Rodriguez, Trustee, to secure Hummer Properties, LLC, in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00), being dated the 1st day of August 2016, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 1968 at Page 542. Thereafter, Hummer Properties, LLC, beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, exercised its option to appoint a substitute trustee which appointment was recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Trust and Mortgage Book 1997 at Page 38, appointing Rock S. Wilson as Trustee. Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured, and upon request of the secured creditor under said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will sell, at public auction, to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of December, 2017, at 10:00 A.M., at the front door of the Court House of Wood County in Parkersburg, West Virginia, those certain lots, tracts or parcels of real estate situate in Slate District, Wood County, West Virginia, more or less, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
FIRST TRACT: LOT #31 FERRELLS ALLEY
SECOND TRACT: LOT #38 FERRELLS ALLEY
The aforesaid will be sold subject to any unpaid taxes and existing building restrictions, restrictive covenants, exceptions, reservations, easements and servitudes to which said property has been heretofore subjected.
A special warranty deed will be issued to the purchaser.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Said sale may be adjourned from time to time by mere oral proclamation at the time and place of sale.
The proceeds of said sale will be used for the payment of outstanding real estate taxes and balance applied to payment of said Deed of Trust.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of Sale.
