It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that BRIAN SCOTT MOORE is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that BRIAN SCOTT MOORE, Respondent, serve upon JOHNNA NICOLE MCVEY, Petitioner, by serving JOHNNA NICOLE MCVEY, 2212 TYGART STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MARCH 16, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
