It appearing that the Father, BUDDA SMITH/ UNKNOWN FATHER, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the MAY 14, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, BUDDA SMITH/UNKNOWN FATHER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JOHN OSHOWAY, ATTORNEY AT LAW, P.O. BOX 156 GRANTSVILLE, WV 26147, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 354-9204.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, BUDDA SMITH/ UNKNOWN FATHER, with respect of the above-named child, G.S.
