On or about January 17, 2015, U.M., and on or about February 8, 2016, J.M., the above-named children were born to DANIELLE MALLOY. It appearing that the Father, WILLIAM MITCHELL, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the MAY 18, 2018, at the hour of 3:00 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, WILLIAM MITCHELL, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERIC POWELL, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 500 GREEN STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, WILLIAM MITCHELL, with respect of the above-named children, U.M., and J.M.
A copy of the Petition may be obtained by the Father, from the undersigned Clerk at the office, located at the Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
