TO: THE UNKNOWN/ UNNAMED FATHER OF A FEMALE CHILD BORN UNTO CHRISSA BRINKLEY ON MAY 7, 2002 AND A MALE CHILD BORN UNTO CHARISSA BRINKLEY ON JANUARY 11, 2204 (JUVENILE CASE NOS.: 18-JA-10-WS AND 18-JA-11-WS)
Pursuant to Chapter 49, Article 6, Section 1 of the Code of West Virginia, notice is hereby given to you that a petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, alleging that your child is a neglected and/or abused child, which proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights.
This matter has been scheduled for a hearing on the 27th day of April, 2018 at 1:30 PM., before the Honorable William J. Sadler, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Mercer County Courthouse, Princeton, West Virginia.
You are hereby notified that you may be present at such hearing and defend your rights. If you cannot afford counsel, counsel will be appointed for you.
