On or about July 23, 2014, Z.L.-B., the above-named child was born to DESTINY LOTT-BERRY. It appearing that the Father, STEVEN MCELFRESH/UNKNOWN FATHER, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the AUGUST 13, 2018, at the hour of 1:30 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, STEVEN MCELFRESH/UNKNOWN FATHER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, DEBRA STEED, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 515 MARKET STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 865-0880.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, STEVEN MCELFRESH/UNKNOWN FATHER, with respect of the above-named children, Z.L.-B.
