West Virginia University at Parkersburg will be accepting bids for the following project: Lower Parking Lot Resurfacing. Project includes but may not be limited to resurfacing of the existing lower parking lot at the main campus, asphalt base repairs, subsurface drainage repairs and lot striping. There will be an alternate for additional pavement and subsurface drainage repairs. Electronic bid documents are available at www.pickeringplanroom.com at no cost. Hard copies can be ordered on the planroom for the cost of printing. There will be a Prebid meeting in the President’s Conference Room at the Main Campus, located at 300 Campus Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26104, on July 6, 2018 at 1:30 pm. Bids will be due at 2:00 pm on July 25, 2018 at WVU-P Main Campus, in the President’s Conference Room, in care of Alice Harris, Vice President of Finance and Administration, at which time and place there will be a public bid opening.
