NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 19th day of July, 2018 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 p.m., the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Woodlands Amenities, for the purpose of Timber Storage Yard. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural / Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (I1) Industrial. The property is located at 849 Independence Road, Coal City, formally Town District, Tax Map 37, Part of Parcel 1, new parcel to be Slab Fork District, Tax Map 25, Parcel 9, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by July 18, 2018, will be considered.
