Notice is hereby given that in accordance with an Order of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, Civil Action No: 18-C-56, C. Blaine Myers, Special Commissioner, shall offer for sale at the front door of the Wood County Courthouse, 1 Court Square, Third and Market Streets, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, on August 23, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. certain real property located in the Town of North Hills, Wood County, West Virginia, more particularly described as follows:
Being all of Lot No. 26 of North Hills Estates, as shown on the âPlat of Extension of North Hills Estatesã, prepared by Paul E. Marshall, Dated April 1, 1974, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Plat Book 16, at Page 29, to which Plat reference is here made and had for a more particular description of said Lot by metes and bounds.
Said property is further identified as Lot #26 North Hills Ests Ext., Map 13, Parcel 0224, North Hills District, Wood County, West Virginia.
Said property shall be offered for sale to the highest bidder, subject to confirmation by Order of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia. Terms of sale shall be a ten (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) percent deposit on day of sale, with the balance to be paid within a reasonable time as determined by the Special Commissioner and Purchaser, and as approved by the Court.
