REQUEST FOR
QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
The Ritchie County Historic Landmarks Commission is soliciting professional architectural/engineering services for the overall building condition and structural assessment of the historic Bank of Cairo Building in Cairo, West Virginia.
The Ritchie County Historic Landmarks Commissioni is requesting an overall building and structural assessment of the building to facilitate a renovation and maintenance plan for the structure and provide and opinion of probable construction cost in order for the Ritchie County Historic Landmarks Commission to obtain financing for the project.
A mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on site at 320 Main Street, Cairo, West Virginia 26337, on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 1 pm.
RFQás must be post marked by Friday, September 7, 2018 and sent to:

RFQás will be opended on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at 4 pm at the General Thomas Harris School Museaum Conference Room, 217 W. Main Street, Harrisville, WV 26362
The Ritchie County Landmark Commission will review all assessments and reserves the rights to reject any or all of the assessments.l
