Request for Bids
The City of White Sulphur Springs is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of an automatic generator at the White Sulphur Springs Water Plant in White Sulphur Springs, WV funded by the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. Detailed sealed bid specifications and questions can be requested by email to linda@whitesulphur

A pre-bid meeting to discuss the project will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the White Sulphur Springs Water Plant at 11:00 a.m. to answer any questions prior to bid submission.
Sealed bids will be accepted by mail, UPS, or hand delivery at city hall until 2:00 p.m. on November 1, 2018. Completed bid packets can be sent to City of White Sulphur Springs, 589 Main Street, West, White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia 24986. All must be clearly marked **GENERATOR SEALED BID**. Any bid not meeting this requirement will not be accepted. City of White Sulphur Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids presented.
