You will take notice that Ryan Monroe, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 419362, located in BECKLEY CORP District, SUR PT LOT 14-15-16 SEC 31 LILLY LAND CO ADD #2 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of BENNIE S PERKINS AND LESSIE IRENE ROBERSON, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of RALEIGH County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on August 23, 2018. Ryan Monroe requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after December 6, 2018, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
