The object of the above entitled action is To obtain judgment in the amount $2612.50 for fees were imposed on Vacant Property Registration,plus pre-judgment interest thru 7-31-18 and court cost plus interest from judgment date under the Codified Ordinances of the City of Parkersburg.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendant without effect
It is ordered that the defendant do serve upon Jody Purkey, magistrate, whose address is 401 2nd Street, Suite 12, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 11-8-18, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
