NOTICE OF FILING
On August 10, 2018, Bradley Public Service District (Bradley PSD) requested that the Commission modify its tariff rates to delay a rate decrease of approximately 2.5 percent currently approved for implementation on April 22, 2019. Bradley PSD sought to delay the rate decrease until it fully accumulates a working capital reserve required by statute. The proposal is limited to the accumulation of a working capital reserve and is not a general request for increased rates.
Anyone desiring to comment or protest the approval of the proposed rate changes may file a written protest to: Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commission, PO Box 812, Charleston, WV 25323.
