NOTICE OF FILING
On October 12, 2018, NexGen BroadBand LLC filed an application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to provide resold interexchange telecommunication services including facility-based local exchange and operator services, and for approval of its initial tariff throughout West Virginia.
Pursuant to West Virginia Code 24-2-11, IT IS ORDERED that the Applicant give notice of the filing of said application by publishing a copy of this order once in a qualified newspaper as provided in West Virginia Code 59-3-1 et seq, published and or general circulation in each of the Cities of Beckley, Bluefield, Charleston, Clarksburg, Elkins, Fairmont, Huntington, Keyser, Lewisburg, Logan, Martinsburg, Morgantown, Moundsville, Parkersburg, Point Pleasant, Weirton, Welch, Wheeling and Williamson, making due return to this Commission of proper certification of publication immediately after publication. Anyone desiring to make objection to said application must do so in writing, within 30 days after publication of this notice, to Ingrid Ferrell, Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission, PO Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if no protests are received within said thirty-day period, the Commission may waive formal hearing render its decision based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof.
