It is hereby ordered that Calvin Wayne Johnson serve upon Jennifer Rena Johnson, Petitioner, c/o Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 350 Main Street, Union, West Virginia 24983, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before December 28, 2018. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you if you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
