And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant. it is ordered that the defendant do serve upon JOE KUH, magistrate, whose address is 401 2nd Street, Suite 12, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 12-11-18, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the defendant at any time thereafter.
