NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKERSBURG WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2018 at 12:30 P.M. IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA. AT THAT TIME AND PLACE ANY INTERESTED PARKERSBURG RESIDENT OR PROPERTY OWNER IS INVITED TO COMMENT ON AND AID THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION IN CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING:

- Minor Subdivision of City Tax Map 22, Parcels 164, into two lots, commonly referred to 1054 37th Street (Tract 1) and 1023 36th Street (Tract 2), and a lot size variance request of 1,352 sq. ft. for both tracts.
