You will take notice that H3 LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 419535, located in TRAP HILL District, F/R O&G LEASED CABOT API #0032 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of BRYLIS JESSUP, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of RALEIGH County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on August 23, 2018. H3 LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after January 14, 2019, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before January 14, 2019 will be as follows:
