The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Heather Poland, Daniels, Raleigh County, CON File #18-1-11519-P, for the development of an ambulatory health care center through the acquisition of Prompt Care, Inc., a West Virginia corporation and private practice. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $400,000.
Further information regarding the Letter of Intent, including the Certificate of Need application when submitted, is on the Authority’s website at www.hca.wv.gov.
