You will take notice that Mark K and Tammy L Davis, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 419510, located in TOWN District, SUR LOT 19 PRICE HILL SD which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of VINA AND DANA C MURPHY, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of RALEIGH County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on August 23, 2018. Mark K and Tammy L Davis requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after February 12, 2019, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
