There will be a second reading and public hearing on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the Beckley Raleigh County Convention Center, 200 Armory Drive on the following Ordinance:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING CHAPTER 10, ARTICLE IV, HUMAN RIGHTS, OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY CODE TO ADD “SEXUAL ORIENTATION” AND “GENDER IDENTITY” AS PROTECTED CLASSES
This Ordinance is available for inspection at Beckley City Hall, 409 South Kanawha Street, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
