The Object of this suit is to obtain an infant guardianship.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that DANIEL ALEXANDER BAXTER, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, DANIEL ALEXANDER BAXTER, Respondent, serve upon DANIELLE RENEE BAXTER an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before FEBRUARY 25, 2019.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, a judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
