The object of the above- styled action is adoption of Aurora Rosalynn Wright. It appearing that the whereabouts of her biological father, Michael Aaron Perdue, is unknown, it is Ordered that he appear before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton on the 12th day of March, 2019 at 2:15 p.m., to provide an answer or any defense that he may have to this Petition for Adoption.
A copy of the Petition for Adoption may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located at the Wood County Judicial Building in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding. You may appear and defend any such rights within the required time after such service. Any person who is properly served and fails to respond within the required time after its service may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
