It is hereby ordered that, SHALEY NICOLE HUGHES, Respondent, serve upon LANE AUSTIN HUGHES, petitioner, whose address is 3225 HEMLOCK ROAD, RAVENSWOOD, WV 26164 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MARCH 11, 2019.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, a judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
