The object of the above entitled action is TO SECURE JUDGMENT AGAINST DEFENDANT MICHAEL MILLER IN THE AMOUNT OF NINE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE DOLLARS ($995.00), PLUS LATE FEES, ATTORNEY’S FEES, COSTS INCURRED IN THE PROSECUTION OF THIS CASE AND FOR SUCH OTHER AND FURTHER RELIEF AS THIS COURT MAY DEEM APPROPRIATE.
And it appearing by an affidavit file din this action that SERVICE WAS NOT COMPLETED EVEN AFTER USING DUE DILIGENCE, THE PLAINTIFF WAS UNABLE TO DISCOVER THE RESIDENCE OR WHEREABOUTS OF THE DEFENDANT.
It is ordered that MICHAEL MILLER do serve upon Richard Jones, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 28, 2019, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against MICHAEL MILLER at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
