FOR COMPREHENSIVE
EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES
PLAN (CEFP) CONSULTANT
Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G-1, the Summers County Board of Education is soliciting Expressions of Interest from qualified Architectural/Engineering professionals to assist with the preparation of the county’s digital Comprehensive Educational Facilities Plan (CEFP). The individual / firm must be a registered architect and/or engineer in the State of West Virginia and must have experience in educational planning in the state of West Virginia. The individual/firm must be knowledgeable of the requirements of the School Building Authority and West Virginia Board of Education Policy 6200 – Handbook on Planning School Facilities regarding the creation of a CEFP.
Qualified firms are invited to contact Eric Widdoes at (304) 466-6007 to obtain a copy of the Statement of Qualifications and submission requirements. All proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m., local prevailing time, on March 7, 2019 at the Administrative Office of Summers County Schools, 116 Main Street, Hinton, WV 25951.
