REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Request for Proposals for Internal Connections / Network Hardware bids through the FCC E-Rate Program. Additional information is available through the E-Rate Form 470 process. Bids will be received by the Raleigh County Board of Education, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801 on March 26, 2019, 9:00 a.m. EST.
Vendor to submit 3 (three) paper copies and 1 (one) electronic copy (CD) or flash drive.
All equipment must be New, not reconditioned and not gray market.
Bids will be publicly opened on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Raleigh County Schools Purchasing Department, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801.
Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Proposal form must be received on or before date and time stated.
Bidders must comply with all bidding requirements and conditions set forth in the proposal.
