The object of the above entitled action is to secure judgment against defendant Danielle Peterson in the amount of Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($950.00), plus court costs, costs incurred in the prosecution of this case and for such other and further relief as this court may deem appropriate.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that service was not completed because defendant is no longer at the residence on record. Even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant.
Therefore, it is ordered that Danielle Peterson do serve upon Greg Tanner, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 8, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Danielle Peterson at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
