PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Availability of a federal grant plan for public review for the proposed use and distribution of funds. The purpose is to receive comment on the proposed use of funds for 2019. The grant reviewed will be the Department of Energy (US DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program. A public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., at 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Capitol Complex, Building 3, Conference Room 703. All written comments must be received before 5:00 p.m., on April 18, 2019. Copies of the plan are available March 29, 2019, by accessing the following website:

program or by writing: West Virginia Development Office, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Capitol Complex, Building 3, Suite 700, Charleston, WV 25305. Limited copies will be available at the hearing. The public comment period will begin on March 29, 2019 and conclude on April 18, 2019.
