PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition duly filed in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, seeking the adoption of Nicole Lynn Cantley shall be held before the Honorable Robert A. Burnside Jr., Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in his chambers located at the Raleigh county Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, 3rd Floor, Beckley, West Virginia, on June 5, 2019 at 10:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard.
Further, notice is hereby given that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding, and that Danny Lee Cantley may appear and defend any such rights within thirty (30) days from date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these adoption proceedings.
