NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of May, 2019, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Linda Freeman for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a second residence and a single wide in a residential (R2) area on property located at 504 North Bluejay Drive, Beaver, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 1004, Parcel 61, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
