REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Raleigh County Commission is seeking bids for the following equipment, software and services:
A high production document scanning workstation capable of scanning everything from single sheets in a wide range of sizes to multiple large stacks of paper / documents and 3D objects. Windows 10 based software to capture, classify, sort documents and save them in various formats including PDF. Maintenance/service agreements including regularly scheduled preventative maintenance. The Raleigh County Commission will receive sealed bids for this request until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Submit proposals to the Raleigh County Commission 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801. Please mark each envelope “SCANNER BID.”
The Raleigh County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any/or all proposals and wave informality in the process.
