The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a judgment for a debt.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that if appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Whitney Thornburg, and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore, it is ordered that Whitney Thornburg do serve upon Tomi S. Peck, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before May 24, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Whitney Thornburg at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
