ABANDONED BUILDING
HEARING
The Raleigh County Commission will hold a hearing on June 4, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801 on the following abandoned structures:
1) 128 Zion Lane, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 1005, Parcel 7 (owned by Jon Karl Baldwin)
2) 6480 Tams Highway, Amigo, WV, Slab Fork District, Tax Map 12B, Parcels 73, 74, 75, 76, 77 (owned by Shirley Dial)
3) 254 Hoist Road, Stanaford, WV, Town District, Tax Map 6007, Parcel 28 (owned by Clercy L Redden)
The purpose is to address violations of the Raleigh County Abandoned Building Ordinance; the Raleigh County Commission shall issue legal orders to the above owners to demolish and/or repair the structures within a certain time limit.
