NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
PUBLIC AUCTION

This day comes the undersigned Trustee pursuant to West Virginia Code Chapter 38, Article 1, Section 4 in that certain Deed of Trust of record in the Office of the Clerk of Wyoming County commission in Trust Deed Book No. 1193, at page
492, made and executed on or about the 28th day of July, 2010, by and between POINT OF LIGHT WV, INC., a West Virginia Corporation, GRANTOR (S), and DAVID G. THOMPSON of Pineville, West Virginia, SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE; and WYOMING COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, Beneficiary of the aforedescribed Deed of Trust; and provides NOTICE in accordance with the foregoing instrument and in accordance with the applicable statutes that the foregoing property will be sold under the terms and provisions of that Deed of Trust by the undersigned Trustee at public auction at 11:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of August, 2019, on or near the environs of the lobby of the Mercer County Courthouse located on 1501 Main Street, Princeton, West Virginia, the following tract or parcel of land along with all improvements thereon located in the Community of Bluewell, Beaver Pond District, Mercer County, West Virginia and being more particularly bound and described as follows:

BEGINNING at an iron pin situate in the Northwest corner of the Norman Vaughn property as described in Deed Book No. 633 at Page 18, said iron pin being situate in the Southern right-of-way line of State Route 20; thence, with the Southern rightof-way line of State Route 20, N. 66E32′ E. 150.00 feet to a nail set in pavement; thence, continuing with said State Route 20, N. 64E26′ 54″ E. 100.00 feet to an iron pin, said iron pin being a corner of the George O. Law property; thence, with the Law and Vaughn line, S. 14E 14′ 14″ E. 107.43 feet to an iron pipe found, corner to the said Law property; thence, continuing with the Law and Vaughn line S. 32E07′
07″ W. 133.57 feet to an iron pin found corner to Law and Vaughn; thence, continuing with said Law and Vaughn line, S. 66E 32′ 58″ W. 150.00 feet to an iron pin set in an old established line fence between the Peter Hamblin property and the
Norman Vaughn property, said Hamblin property being described in Deed Book 699 at Page 233; thence, following said old line fence and with the Hamblin and Vaughn
line, N. 14E 41′ W. 180.00 feet to the BEGINNING, and containing 0.93 acres, more or less.

And being the same property conveyed to Point of Light WV, Inc. By Deed dated July 28, 2010, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia, in Deed of Trust Book 1193, at Page 492, and
being part of Parcel 109, Tax May 17, reference to such Deeds of record are hereby made for further particulars of those prior conveyances.

The undersigned Trustee certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Sale was duly provided to the Grantors of the instrument described therein in accordance with West Virginia Code Chapter 38, Article 1, Section 4 at the address provided by them in the instrument itself or subsequent thereto to the Beneficiary of that instrument.
