The Object of this suit is to obtain an Infant Guardianship.
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th of October, 2019, at 10:00 A.M., on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge J.D. Beane, located at Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, 4th Floor., Parkersburg, WV 26101. Wherein Melissa Westfall, will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court granting guardianship of L.D., at which time and place, Mark Davis and Anni Richards, may appear if so desired.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office at #2 Government Square, Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg WV 26101.
