NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

Under and by virtue of the authority vested in the undersigned Trustee, by that certain Substitution of Trustee dated May 12, 2005, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in General Lien Bood 1285, at page 653, and by that certain Deed of Trust dated July 25, 2003, executed by Marjory Corbitt, securing First Neighborhood Bank, Incl., formerly First National Bank – Parkersburg, a national banking association, of record in the aforesaid Clerkás Office in Lien Book 1141, at page 267, and said Deed of Trust providing that the Trustee on being required so to do by the holder of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust should sell the hereinafter described property aqt public auction, and default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured thereby and having been requested so to do, the undersigned will sell at public auction on

Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.

at the front door of the Wood County Courthouse in Parkersburg, West Virginia, that certain real estate situate in City of Parkersburg, County of Wood and State of West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEING all of Lot No. Five (5) in what is known as Panorama Addition to the City of Parkersburg, as shown on a plat of said Addition, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Plat Book 2, at page 43, to which said plat, so of record, reference is hereby had and made for a more particular description of said lot.

Being the same real estate conveyed unto Marjory Corbitt, unmarried, by Jack R. McCoy and Rebecca J. McCoy, husband and wife, by Deed dated October 9, 2001, and of record in the aforesaid Clerkás Office in Deed Book 1032, at page 39.

TERMS OF SALE: 1. Cash in hand on day of sale. 2. Subject to all unpaid real estate taxes. 3. Subject to any and all rights of way, easements, covenants, restrictions, agreements and oil and gas leases as the same may appear of record. 4. Purchaser shall pay the transfer tax on the sale of the property.

Any sale hereunder may be adjourned from time to time without notice other than oral proclamation at the time and place appointed for the sale.
