NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned Trustee under Deed of Trust dated September 27, 2016, executed by Joseph A. Casey and Joyce F. Casey, which deed of trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 2635 at Page 235, the undersigned Trustee has been requested, in writing, by the beneficiary of said deed of trust to sell the real estate described below, as there has been a default under the terms and conditions of said deed of trust. Therefore, the undersigned Trustee together with Joe R. Pyle Auctions will sell the real estate described in the Deed of Trust, at a public auction on September 27, 2019, at Noon (Registration to begin at 11:00 a.m.) to the highest bidder at the east front door of the Courthouse of said County of Cabell, in Huntington, West Virginia, which real estate is more completely described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, bounded and described with reference to the Revised Map of said City of Huntington, made by L. W. Leete, Civil Engineer, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on December 31, 1903, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the east line of Hall Street with the south line of Parsons Avenue Street ; thence with the east line of Hall Street; S. 17 20’E. 40.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said street N. 82 34′ E. 95.00 feet to a point; thence N. 15 55′ W. 61.6 feet to a point in the south line of Parsons Avenue Street ; thence with said Avenue Street line, S. 69 37′ W. 95.00 feet to the point of BEGINNING. TERMS OF SALE 1.
