Jamie Faye Johnson and/or any current occupants, 1509 Pine St., Kenova, WV 25530 Defendant. The object of the above entitled action is a suit for an unlawful detainer. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Jamie Kaye Johnson and/or any current occupants is individual defendants and that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendant, without effect. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Federal National Mortgage Association being the plaintiff in the forgoing complaint now pending in the Court of Wayne County, Wet Virginia; that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of Jamie Faye Johnson and/or any current occupants. It is ordered that the defendant do serve upon Randall Wiles, Wayne County Magistrate, whose address is P.O. Box 667, Wayne, WV 25570, 100 South Court St., an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 30, 2019, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the defendant at any time thereafter.
