TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by DONALD LEE BURGE, RICHARD A. BURGE and MELISSA D. ELLIS-BURGE to K. E. MCGINNIS AND J. MAURICE CLARK, dated the 31ST day of JANUARY, 2013, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2520, at page 27, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed KERRY E. ADKINS as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 3RD day of SEPTEMBER, 2019, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 400, at page 684, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS, Substitute Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on OCTOBER 30, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., at the EAST FRONT DOOR of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: PARCEL ONE: All that ce1tain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in Barboursville District, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a certain plat of Case Subdivision, which plat is of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Map Book No. 6, Map No. 23, as LOT NUMBER TWO (2). PARCEL TWO: All that ce1tain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in Barboursville District, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a ce1tain plat of Case Subdivision, which plat is of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Map Book No. 6, Map No. 23, as LOT NUMBER FOUR (4).
