The City of Parkersburg will receive sealed bids for CITY OF PARKERSBURG / WOOD COUNTY HOME CONSORTIUM 2020 ä 2024 CONSOLIDATED PLAN. Bids will be received in the office of the Finance Director, first floor, #1 Government Square, until 10:00A.M., FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2019 and at that time all bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud.
