The City of Parkersburg will receive sealed bids for BUSINESS LICENSE AND BUSINESS & OCCUPATION TAX NON-FILER IDENTIFICATION AND COLLECTION SERVICES. Bids will be received in the office of the Finance Director, first floor, City Building, #1 Government Square, until 10:00 A.M., FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2019 and at that time all bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud.

Vendors shall be registered in the state of West Virginia.
