Wick Meter Station Project

On November 1, 2019, Rover Pipeline LLC (Rover) filed
a certificate application with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (FERC) for authorization to
construct, own, and operate the Wick Meter Station
Project on Rover’s Sherwood Lateral in Tyler County,
West Virginia (Meter Station Project). The FERC is the
lead federal agency that will approve the Meter Station
Project after it completes an environmental assessment
review. The FERC issued its Notice of Application for
the Rover Meter Station Project on November 19, 2019,
under FERC Docket No. CP20-10-000. Rover has
requested the FERC to issue an order approving the
construction of this project by March 1, 2020, so that
construction can be completed in June 2020.

About the Meter Station Project
The meter station that will consist of above ground
measuring and regulating equipment that will be
enclosed within a fenced yard and maintained for
operations. Approximately 2.1 acres of land will be used
to construct the station, of which 0.9 acre will be
required for the permanent site.
