Town of Glasgow, West Virginia NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Common Council of the Town of Glasgow will hold a public hearing to consider the enactments of the following ordinances: Police Fee Ordinance, Infrastructure Fee Ordinance, Trash Fee Ordinance, Sewer Fee Ordinance and ATV Ordinance. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, December 5th at 6:00 at the Glasgow Town Hall. At the public hearing, the council will accept comments from the public regarding the proposed ordinances.
