Now comes the Plaintiff, Towd Point Master Funding Trust REO, by U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee, ny counsel, Donald Geoffrey Varney who states that the object of the above styled suit is to declare the Plaintiff is the holder of the deed of trust encumbering real estate commonly known as Valley View MHP Lot 2 Elkins, WV 26241, Randolph County.
It is ordered that Defendant Jay D Ferguson, do serve upon Donald Geoffrey Varney, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address if Reisenfeld & Associates, LPA-LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, OH 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
