All persons having claims against the estate of said LAURENCE J. BRUECK, JR., deceased, whether due or not, are notified to exhibit their claims, with the voucher thereof, legally verified, along with a $5.00 filing fee to the Hancock County Clerk, P.O. Box 367, New Cumberland, WV 26047 within sixty (60) days of the date of the first publication, otherwise they may by law be excluded from all benefit of said estate. All beneficiaries of said Estate may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
